Nämä toimitusehdot ovat voimassa 1.1.2025 alkaen toistaiseksi.
Pidätän oikeuden muuttaa näitä sopimusehtoja ilman erillistä ilmoitusta. Asiakkaalla on velvollisuus tutustua toimitusehtoihin ennen tilauksen lähettämistä. Käyttämällä palvelua tai tekemällä tilauksen verkkokaupassa asiakas hyväksyy nämä toimitusehdot ja henkilötietojen käsittelyn erillisessä tietosuojaselosteessa esitetyn tavan mukaisesti.
Verkkokaupan kaikki tuotteet tekee ja myy toiminimiyrittäjä Eiri Matikainen y-tunnus 3311354–6 yritysnimellä Orange Heart Healing & Creations (myöhemmin OHHC). Poikkeuksena ovat Kirpputori-osaston käytetyt tuotteet, joita OHHC ainoastaan myy.

Tuotteista ei Suomessa makseta arvonlisäveroa koska liikevaihto alittaa vähäisen liiketoiminnan rajan. Toimituskulut eivät sisälly tuotteiden hintaan. Pidätän oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin. Tilaamisen yhteydessä sitoudut automaattisesti voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin, jotka koskevat kaikkia OHHC-verkkokaupasta toimitettuja tuotteita ja palveluita.
OHHC myy tuotteitaan pääasiallisesti Euroopan Unioniin kuuluviin maihin. Tuotteita toimitetaan myös muihin maihin, mutta siinä tapauksessa tilaajan tulee ottaa huomioon mahdolliset lisämaksut tuontiverojen muodossa, jotka hän joutuu itse erikseen maksamaan omassa maassaan tuotteita vastaanottaessaan.
TILAAMINEN
Tuotteet ja niiden saatavuus
OHHC-verkkokaupassa myynnissä olevat tuotteet vaihtelevat täysin sen mukaan, mistä saan inspiraationi ja mitä tuotteita mieleni tekee tehdä sekä siitä, miten ehdin tuotteita tehdä ja laittaa myyntiin. Parhaiten kulloinkin saatavilla olevat tuotteet näkee käymällä verkkokaupan sivuilla www.orangehearthc.eu . Uusia tuotteita mainostetaan myös Instagram- ja Facebook -tileillä @orange_heart_healing_creations .
Verkkokaupassa on myynnissä sekä tuotesarjoja että uniikkikappaleita ja kaikkia siellä näkyviä tuotteita on valmiina varastossa se määrä, joka tuotteen kohdalla näkyy. Myytyjen uniikkikappaleiden, kuten WB-villapipojen, kuvat ja tiedot poistetaan verkkokaupasta, kun ne on myyty. Tuotesarjojen kappalemäärää lisätään tarpeen mukaan.
Toimitusaika, toimitustavat ja toimituskulut
Käsittelen tilaukset 1–3 arkipäivässä, viikonloppuisin käsittelyä ei tapahdu. Käytän lähetysten toimittamiseen Postin palveluita. Paketeissa on lähetyksen seurantakoodi, jonka avulla lähetyksen kulkua voi seurata.
OHHC ei vastaa kadonneista tai kuljetuksen aikana vaurioituneista lähetyksistä. Näissä tapauksissa asiakkaan tulee tehdä asiasta reklamaatio paketin kuljetuksesta vastaavalle kuljetusyhtiölle.
Ympäristöarvot ovat minulle tärkeitä ja sen vuoksi käytän tilausten lähettämiseen pakkauksia, jotka ovat joko kierrätysmateriaaleista tehtyjä, 100% kierrätettävästä ja ympäristöystävällisestä aaltopahvista tehtyjä tai aikaisemmin käytettyjä kierrätettyjä pakkauksia. Pienimmät tuotteet toimitetaan pakattuina ns. kuplapusseihin, joissa uloin kerros on kierrätyspahvia ja sisus kierrätetystä muovista tehtyä kuplamuovia.
Toimituskulut sisältävät posti- ja pakkauskulut. Tarkat toimituskulut näet annettuasi osoitteesi. Ilmainen toimitus yli 125-175 euron ostoksille toimitusvyöhykkeestä riippuen, ellei tuotetiedoissa toisin mainita. Katso kiinteät hinnat per toimitusvyöhyke ja paino tämän asiakirjan lopussa olevasta taulukosta.
Jos asut Suomessa, voit myös erikseen sovittuna aikana noutaa ostoksesi (valitse vaihtoehto ”Local pickup”) ja näin säästyt toimituskuluilta kokonaan.

Tilatut tuotteet ja palvelut voit maksaa joko PayPalin kautta tai maksunvälityspalvelu Paytrail Oyj:n (2122839–7) tarjoamilla vaihtoehdoilla. Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana tiliotteella tai korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa.

Kun OHHC on vastaanottanut tilauksesi, sinulle lähetetään sähköpostilla tilausvahvistus, josta näkyvät tilauksen tiedot. Tarkistathan tilausvahvistuksen sisällön ja säästä se, jos joudut ottamaan yhteyttä siihen liittyen. Tuotteen palautus (kuluttajan oikeus palauttaa tuote)
OHHC noudattaa kuluttajansuojalakia ja Kuluttajaviraston verkkokauppaohjeita. Kuluttaja-asiakas voi palauttaa käyttämättömän ja alkuperäisessä kunnossa olevan tuotteen 14 vuorokauden kuluessa tavaran vastaanotosta. Poikkeuksena ovat reikihoidot, joilla ei ole palautusoikeutta. Palautusilmoitus on tehtävä kirjallisesti sähköpostitse info@orangehearthc.eu ennen tuotteen palauttamista.
Tilauksen palautuksesta aiheutuvan postikulun asiakas maksaa itse. Palautuksen saavuttua laitan heti maksun palautukseen PayPalin tai Paytrailin kautta sen mukaan, kumpaa maksutapaa alkuperäisessä tilauksessa on käytetty.
Tuotteilla ei ole vaihto-oikeutta, mutta voit palauttaa tilauksesi tuotteita edellä mainittujen palautusehtojen mukaisesti 14 vuorokauden sisällä ja tilata uudet tuotteet tilalle verkkokaupasta normaalisti.
Lunastamaton / noutamaton paketti
Lähetyksen lunastamatta tai noutamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamatta
jätetystä paketista OHHC perii palautuskustannukset. Osoitetietojen oikeellisuudesta vastaa tilaaja.

These terms of delivery are valid from 1 January 2025 until further notice.
I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the delivery conditions before sending the order. By using the service or placing an order in the online shop, the customer accepts these terms of delivery and the processing of personal data in accordance with the manner presented in the separate privacy policy.
All products in the online shop are made and sold by business name entrepreneur Eiri Matikainen business ID number 3311354–6 under the business name Orange Heart Healing & Creations (later OHHC). The exception is the used products of the Flea Market section, which OHHC only sells.

No VAT is paid on the products in Finland because the turnover is below the small business threshold.. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products. OHHC reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs. When ordering, you automatically agree to the valid delivery conditions that apply to all products and services delivered from the OHHC online shop.
OHHC mainly sells its products to the countries of the European Union. Products are also delivered to other countries, but in that case the customer must take into account possible additional payments in the form of import taxes, which they have to pay separately in their own country upon receiving the products.
ORDERING
Products and their availability
The products on sale in the OHHC online shop vary completely depending on where I get my inspiration and what products I feel like making, as well as how I manage to make the products and put them on sale. You can best see the products available at any given time by visiting the online shop’s website www.orangehearthc.eu. I also promote new items on the Instagram and Facebook accounts @orange_heart_healing_creations .
The online store sells both product series and unique items, and all products displayed there are in stock in the quantity shown for each product. The images and information of sold unique items, such as WB woolen beanies, will be removed from the online store once they have been sold. The number of pieces in the product series will be increased as needed.
Delivery time, delivery methods and delivery costs
I process orders within 1-3 business days, no processing on weekends. I use the shipping methods offered by Posti (Finnish postal service) to deliver the shipments. The packages have a shipment tracking code, which can be used to track the progress of the shipment.
OHHC is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. In these cases, the customer must make a complaint about the matter to the transport company responsible for transporting the package.
Environmental values are important to me and that is why I use packaging for sending orders that are either made from recycled materials, made from 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly corrugated cardboard, or previously used recycled packaging. The smallest items are mainly packed in so-called bubble bags, where the outer layer is recycled cardboard, and the inside is bubble wrap made from recycled plastic.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the exact delivery costs after entering your address. Free shipping for purchases over 125-175 euros depending on the shipping zone unless otherwise stated in the product information. See the table for fixed prices per shipping zone and weight at the end of this document.
If you live in Finland, you can also pick up your purchase at a separately agreed time (choose the option “Local pickup”) and this way there are no delivery costs at all.
Payment and payment methods (see the table at the end of this document for payment options in more detail)
You can pay for the ordered products and services either via PayPal or with the options offered by the payment brokerage service Paytrail Oyj (2122839–7). Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Order and payment confirmation
When OHHC has received your order, an order confirmation which shows the order information will be sent to you by e-mail. Please check the content of the order confirmation and save it if you have to contact OHHC about it. Product return (consumer’s right to return the product)
OHHC complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Agency’s e-commerce instructions. The consumer-customer can return an unused product in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product. The exceptions are the reiki sessions, which do not have the right to return. The return notification must be made in writing via email to info@orangehearthc.eu before returning the product.
The customer pays for the postage caused by returning the order themselves. When the return arrives, OHHC immediately puts the payment in the refund via PayPal or Paytrail, depending on which payment method was used in the original order.
The products do not have the right of exchange, but you can return the products of your order in accordance with the above return conditions within 14 days and order new products instead from the online shop as usual.
Unclaimed / uncollected package
Failure to claim or collect the shipment is not the same as return or cancellation. OHHC charges the return costs for unclaimed/uncollected packages. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the address information.

Estos términos de entrega son válidos desde el 1 de enero de 2025 hasta nuevo aviso.
Me reservo el derecho de cambiar estos términos y condiciones sin previo aviso. El cliente está obligado a familiarizarse con las condiciones de entrega antes de enviar el pedido. Al utilizar el servicio o realizar un pedido en la tienda online, el cliente acepta estos términos de entrega y el procesamiento de datos personales de acuerdo con la forma presentada en el documento de la declaración de privacidad.

En Finlandia no se paga IVA sobre los productos porque el volumen de negocio está por debajo del umbral de las pequeñas empresas. Los gastos de envío no están incluidos en el precio de los productos. Me reservo el derecho de modificar los precios y los gastos de envío. Al realizar un pedido, aceptas automáticamente las condiciones de entrega válidas que se aplican a todos los productos y servicios entregados desde la tienda online de OHHC.
Principalmente OHHC vende sus productos a los países de la Unión Europea. Los productos también se envían a otros países, pero en ese caso el cliente debe tener en cuenta posibles pagos adicionales en forma de impuestos de importación, que debe pagar por separado en su propio país al recibir los productos.
PEDIDOS
Productos y su disponibilidad.
Los productos a la venta en la tienda online de OHHC varían completamente dependiendo de dónde me inspiro y qué productos tengo ganas de hacer, así como también cómo logro hacer los productos y ponerles a la venta. La mejor manera de ver en un momento dado qué productos están disponibles es visitar el sitio web de OHHC www.orangehearthc.eu . También promociono nuevos artículos en mi cuentas de Instagram y Facebook @orange_heart_healing_creations .
La tienda online vende tanto series de productos como artículos únicos, y todos los productos que se muestran allí están en stock en la cantidad indicada para cada producto. Las imágenes y la información de los artículos únicos vendidos, como los gorros de lana WB, se eliminarán de la tienda online una vez que se hayan vendido. El número de piezas de las series de productos se incrementará según sea necesario.
Tiempo de entrega, métodos de entrega y costos de entrega
Proceso los pedidos dentro de 1 a 3 días hábiles, sin procesamiento los fines de semana. Utilizo los métodos de envío ofrecidos por Posti (servicio postal finlandés) para entregar los envíos. Los paquetes tienen un código de seguimiento de envío que se puede utilizar para seguir el progreso del envío.
OHHC no es responsable de los envíos que se pierdan o dañen durante el tránsito. En estos casos, el cliente deberá presentar una reclamación al respecto a la empresa de transporte encargada del transporte del paquete.
Los valores medioambientales son importantes para mí y por eso utilizo embalajes para el envío que o bien están hechos de materiales reciclados, de cartón ondulado 100% reciclable y respetuoso con el medio ambiente, o bien de embalajes reciclados usados anteriormente. Los pedidos más pequeños se entregan principalmente embalados en los llamados para bolsas de burbujas, donde la capa exterior es de cartón reciclado y la interior es plástico de burbujas hecho de plástico reciclado.
Los gastos de envío incluyen los gastos de envío y embalaje. Puede ver los costos de envío exactos después de ingresar su dirección. Envío gratuito por compras superiores a 125-175 euros dependiendo de la zona de envío salvo que se indique lo contrario en la información del producto. Consulte la tabla de precios fijos por zona de envío y peso al final de este documento.
Si vives en Finlandia, también puedes recoger tus compras a una hora acordada por separado (elige la opción “Local pickup”) y de esta forma no tendrás ningún coste de envío.

Confirmación de pedido y pago
Cuando OHHC haya recibido su pedido, una confirmación de pedido que muestra la información del pedido se enviará por correo electrónico. Por favor, compruebe el contenido de la confirmación del pedido y guárdela si tiene que ponerse en contacto con OHHC al respecto. Devolución del producto (derecho del consumidor a devolver el producto)
OHHC cumple con la Ley de Protección al Consumidor y las pautas de comercio electrónico de la Agencia del Consumidor. El consumidor-cliente puede devolver un producto sin usar en su estado original dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción del producto. Las excepciones son los productos de reiki, que no tienen derecho a devolución. La notificación de devolución debe realizarse por escrito a través de correo electrónico a info@orangehearthc.eu antes de devolver el producto.
Los gastos de envío ocasionados por la devolución del pedido corren a cargo del cliente. Cuando llega la devolución, OHHC introduce inmediatamente el pago del reembolso a través de PayPal o Paytrail, según el método de pago utilizado en el pedido original.
Los productos no tienen derecho a cambio, pero puede devolver los productos de su pedido de acuerdo con las condiciones de devolución anteriormente mencionadas dentro de los 14 días y solicitar nuevos productos en la tienda online como de costumbre.
Paquete no reclamado / no recogido
No es lo mismo no reclamar o no recoger el envío que devolución o cancelación. OHHC cobra los gastos de la devolución de los paquetes no reclamados/recogidos. El cliente es responsable de la exactitud de la información de la dirección.
