This Orange Heart Healing & Creations (OHHC) privacy statement is valid from 11 October 2022 until further notice. Legislation is constantly evolving and OHHC’s operations can also change, so I reserve the right to change it if necessary.

Purpose of personal data processing
Personal data is used only for the processing and shipping of orders made through the online shop and for noting reiki healing appointments in the calendar. OHHC does not maintain any kind of permanent customer register and it is not possible to create a customer account in the online shop. OHHC does not send any newsletters or direct marketing mails.
Personal data is processed based on the customer relationship between the customer and the service provider (OHHC), with the customer’s consent, which they automatically give when placing an order from the online shop or making an appointment for reiki session. When the reiki session is done, the customer’s personal information is deleted from OHHC’s appointment calendar.

Name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address, y-ID for business customers, delivery tracking information

Information provided by the user themselves, which is saved when the customer makes purchases in the online shop or when booking a reiki session by email.

Third Party Services
The operators of any third parties OHHC may use are committed to acting responsibly, in accordance with good practices and the EU data protection regulation. If OHHC should use services outside the EU, only Privacy Shield-certified service providers (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Awards) who have committed to comply with the EU data protection regulation by signing the Privacy Shield agreement would be used.
Principles of data protection
OHHC’s information system and files are protected by the technical encryption methods that are normally used. Only Eiri Matikainen has the right to use the information system, and access to the system requires a username and strong passwords.
Customer rights
Although OHHC does not have a permanent register, the information regarding the orders placed is kept in the online shop reports. At the customer’s request, the information about them can be deleted, if the law does not prevent it (e.g. accounting law). OHHC does not disclose information to third parties for direct marketing, but in accordance with the Personal Data Act, the customer has the right to specifically prohibit the disclosure of information.

Finalidad del tratamiento de datos personales
Los datos personales se utilizan únicamente para el procesamiento y envío de los pedidos realizados a través de la tienda online y para anotar las citas de sesiones de reiki en el calendario. OHHC no mantiene ningún tipo de registro permanente de clientes y no es posible crear una cuenta de cliente en la tienda online. OHHC no envía boletines ni correos de marketing directamente a los clientes.
Los datos personales se procesan en base a la relación de clientela entre el cliente y el proveedor de servicios (OHHC), con el consentimiento del cliente, que otorga automáticamente al realizar un pedido en la tienda online o al concertar una cita para una sesión de reiki. Cuando finaliza la sesión de reiki, la información personal del cliente se elimina del calendario de citas de OHHC.

Nombre, dirección de correo electrónico, número de teléfono, dirección de entrega, y-ID para clientes comerciales, información de seguimiento de entrega
Fuentes regulares de información
Información proporcionada por el propio usuario, que se guarda cuando el cliente realiza compras en la tienda online o cuando reserva una sesión de reiki por correo electrónico.
Transferencias regulares de datos y transferencias de datos fuera de la UE o del Espacio Económico Europeo OHHC/Eiri Matikainen no divulga información a terceros.

Servicios de terceros
Los operadores de terceros que OHHC pueda utilizar se comprometen a actuar de forma responsable, de acuerdo con las buenas prácticas y el reglamento de protección de datos de la UE. Si OHHC decide utilizar servicios fuera de la UE, solo se utilizarán proveedores de servicios certificados por Privacy Shield (por ejemplo, Google Analytics, Google Awards) que se hayan comprometido a cumplir con la normativa de protección de datos de la UE al firmar el acuerdo de Privacy Shield.

El sistema de información y los archivos de OHHC están protegidos por los métodos técnicos de encriptación que se utilizan normalmente. Sólo Eiri Matikainen tiene derecho a utilizar el sistema de información y el acceso al sistema requiere un nombre de usuario y contraseñas seguras.
Derechos del cliente
Aunque OHHC no tiene un registro de clientes permanente, la información sobre los pedidos realizados se mantiene en los informes de la tienda online. A petición del cliente, la información sobre él puede ser eliminada, si la ley no lo impide (por ejemplo, la ley de contabilidad). OHHC no divulga información a terceros para marketing directo, pero de acuerdo con la Ley de Datos Personales, el cliente tiene derecho a prohibir específicamente la divulgación de información.

Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus
Henkilötietoja käytetään vain ja ainoastaan verkkokaupan kautta tehtyjen tilausten käsittelyyn ja lähettämiseen sekä reikihoitoaikojen merkitsemiseen ajanvarauskalenteriin. OHHC ei ylläpidä minkäänlaista pysyvää asiakasrekisteriä eikä asiakastilin luominen verkkokauppaan ole mahdollista. OHHC ei myöskään lähetä mitään asiakaskirjeitä eikä suoramainoksia.
Henkilötietoja käsitellään asiakkaan ja palveluntarjoajan väliseen asiakassuhteeseen perustuen asiakkaan suostumuksella, jonka hän automaattisesti antaa tehdessään tilauksen verkkokaupasta tai varatessaan ajan reikihoitoon. Kun reikihoito on tehty, asiakkaan henkilötiedot poistetaan OHHC:n ajanvarauskalenterista.

Tietojen suojauksen periaatteet
OHHC:n tietojärjestelmä sekä tiedostot on suojattu normaalisti käytössä olevilla teknisillä sujausmenetelmillä. Tietojärjestelmän käyttöoikeus on vain ja ainoastaan Eiri Matikaisella ja järjestelmään pääsy edellyttää käyttäjätunnusta ja vahvoja salasanoja.
Asiakkaan oikeudet
Vaikka OHHC:llä ei ole pysyvää rekisteriä, tehtyjen tilausten osalta tiedot säilyvät verkkokaupan raporteissa. Asiakkaan pyynnöstä häntä koskevat tiedot voidaan poistaa, mikäli lainsäädäntö ei sitä estä (esim. kirjanpitolaki). Emme luovuta tietoja kolmansille osapuolille suoramarkkinointia varten, mutta henkilötietolain mukaisesti asiakkaalla on oikeus erikseen kieltää tietojen luovutus.
